Poorly made, even worse customer service. : SEI Window Pane Wood Media Cabinet, Cherry

Really wish there was a negative star rating for products like this.
Recieved the item in a timely matter but was very dissapointed from that point.
Very very poor quality, wood parts split in assembly process, all parts needed for assembly not recieved. Upon contacting seller I was informwed of the"once an item has been assembled it cannot be returned" policy.I think at this point I am going on 3 weeks waiting for replacement,completion, of parts needed for assembly.
Look, at this price I wasn't expecting Ethan Allen,and yes I have assembled things of this nature as well as other projects before.
This is far far below the normal quality of products that I have recieved from Amazon vendors to this point.
Like the title says Look Elsewhere!!!!
Also a more prominent posting of return policy would be helpful in decision making.
