Nice bookcase : Louis Philippe Open Bookcase with Five Shelves Cherry Finish 73"H x 36"W x 14"D, 36"W, CHERRY
Ordered two. Received in 2 different shipments, 4 huge boxes, with one box damaged (the lowest shelf/moulding was broken). We called & were told 7-10 days for the new piece to arrive. We never received it. Called again and are now told 'sorry' we'll have to wait until May to receive it. Very disappointing as we ordered these to get our home office completed and now weeks later, we are having to spend time and money to heal the damage or wait 2+ more months. With one assembled we opted to fix what we have. They are nice bookshelves for the price. Expect a consolidate hours of assembly. Disappointed w/manufacturer customer service.
